Synergy manufactures and offers the wide range of wear plates under the brand name of SYNOCARB.

SYNOCARB wear plates are manufactured with the help of fully automated Wear plate cladding machine by open arc process using Flux cored wires.

To cater the various sectors applications , SYNERGY offers the wear plates in single or multi layer with the weld deposit thickness varies from 3 mm to 14 mm on the a mild steel base material with thickness range from 5 to 25mm. The dimensions of the cladded area are standard and customized also as per the customer requirements. It is available in straight , E- wave beads.

SYNERGY has strict quality controls to ensure both entry level products chromium carbides and premium products complex chromium carbides or tugsten carbides are of the highest quality.
