We have a complete set up of state of the art manufacturing facilities for Wear Plate Manufacturing with fully equipped & advanced robotic machines. We maintain a highly skilled work force that performs all the tasks necessary to produce our products. We offer our services in cement, mining, power, quarry, ready mix, glass, steel, sugar plant, oilfields & gas, construction, paper & pulp, tunnelling & TBM’s, dredging, ceramic, military and defence, plastics, railways.
FACILITIES
As an added benefit to the customer base our manufacturing, fabrication and service welding facilities strategically located in Ankleshwar GIDC which has very close proximity to the seaport and gives better connectivity to any destination across the India and globe, ensuring faster & smoother deliveries.
Having spread in an Area of 2000 sq. Mtrs. of land added with modern and imported equipment, lab facilities and exceptionally trained personnel we wish to deliver our products with finesse and in global standards.
We shall provide in-situ and in house services for rebuilding, hard facing and refurbishment of VRM, RPR, Fans, Rotors, Hammers etc. We have customer centric business philosophy & are dedicated to provide highest quality product through excellence in engineering, manufacturing and quality control.
R&D
We have the best in-house QA/QC team right at our work facilities to maintain and upkeep the global standards and are continuously exploring new methodologies and systems to provide “total solutions” to our customer.
We have our own testing lab for our new product development.
